SicilGaia – Marsala, Sicily

SicilGaia was born from a deep love for the land and its fruits. Over the years, a group of passionate people — young and not-so-young — came together, united by emotion, shared experience, and a multi-generational vision. In 2006, this collective spirit took shape and found its name in the Greek word γαα (gaia), meaning earth — a tribute to the profound connection with Sicily’s soil and its traditions.

What began as a small agricultural and viticultural project grew step by step, driven by dedication to authenticity and respect for the territory. Today, SicilGaia is both a winery and a curator of Sicilian excellence: crafting wines from its own vineyards while also selecting and supporting local growers who share the same mission and values.

The result is an authentic, joyful expression of Sicily — “A smile for every drop.”


THE ESSENCE OF WESTERN SICILY

All SicilGaia wines come from the Province of Trapani, an area characterized by: coastal breezes, warm Mediterranean sunlight and mineral-rich soils. Vineyards positioned between 150–200 metres above sea level. The result is a vibrant, aromatic, and naturally expressive style of Sicilian winemaking.


A PURE, ESSENTIAL APPROACH TO WINEMAKING

All SicilGaia wines share a common philosophy: soft pressing and static decanting, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, aging on fine lees for 4–6 months, filtration and bottling in purity.

The objective is always the same: preserve freshness, fruit, and the natural identity of each native Sicilian grape.

CANTURADA – GRILLO D.O.P. – 100% Grillo


Tasting Profile. Straw-yellow color. Wide, fresh, and elegant on the palate with clear notes of citrus, peach, and exotic fruit, supported by a pleasant natural sapidity. Pairings: shellfish, seafood starters, light first courses, fresh cheeses.

CANTURADA – ROSATO NERELLO MASCALESE I.G.P. – 100% Nerello Mascalese


Tasting Profile. A bright, captivating rosé that enhances the grape’s natural floral and fruity aromas. Fresh, vibrant, and ideal for outdoor meals, aperitifs, or light seafood dishes.

BOSÌ – TERRE SICILIANE I.G.P. (SPARKLING)

Blend of native Sicilian varieties
“Authentic Sicilian bubbles from which it derives its name ‘Bosì’.”

Tasting Profile
A lively, effervescent Sicilian sparkler with fine exotic fruit notes, a light structure, and a clean, refreshing finish.
Pairings: aperitif, antipasti, fish, white meats, light first courses.
